We had a great tour with local guide Tom! He has a great personality and was very knowledgeable about the history of Brisbane. We saw and learned about Brisbane's street art, vibrant bar and restaurant scene and all the downtown local sights. Finishing up with a beer at a bar on the waterfront with the Brisbane Bridge in view was the grand finale to an excellent tour!

The Ultimate Brisbane Walking Tour by Local Sauce Tours was the perfect way to begin our stay in Brisbane! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. It is an engaging way to learn about Brisbane’s history, culture and people (past and present). Saskia was a wonderful guide. She shared fascinating insights, thoughtfully answered our questions, and kept the tour engaged from start to finish. The walking pace was comfortable — a relaxed stroll through the city. The visual materials she shared throughout the tour—historic maps, photographs, and other images—really brought Brisbane's story to life. The chocolate treat along the way was a nice touch. Ending the tour with a drink overlooking Story Bridge alongside Saskia and the rest of the group was a fun and memorable way to conclude the experience. A must do if interested in learning about Brisbane!

The Ultimate Brisbane Walking Tour was a wonderful experience and a great introduction to the city. Our tour guide, Saskia, was fun, engaging, and full of interesting stories. She pointed out so many places that made us want to come back and explore more of Brisbane. I especially enjoyed learning about the city’s history, including its historical buildings and landmarks. Saskia shared different perspectives on Brisbane’s development and helped us better understand its culture and people. The walk was informative without ever feeling boring. The beautiful views of the Brisbane River and Story Bridge were a perfect way to end the tour. Saskia was a great host. Knowledgeable about the area & history. Easy to talk to, polite & fun. Weather wasn’t the greatest but she had spare brollies for all. Interesting tour with great recommendations. Which we took her up on later. Went back to Frogs Hollow saloon for cocktails & scotch.
