Both tour guides were very knowledgeable. They were amazing. They also gave us good recommendations for food and other tips for around Florence. I would 100% recommend this. Group one to the Uffizi had 9 people and group 2 had around 20. Still managed to hear the tour guides quite well. My family enjoyed the tour as well!
Great to get to important works without standing in long lines. Guide informative and friendly. :):)
Great small group tour, very knowledgeable and friendly guide. Tour was as exactly as advertised, I would recommend and would book again. Communication with and by the company was excellent!
Our group was made up of a mother & daughter, my husband and me and another couple. Marco was absolutely amazing! He was so knowledgeable, kept us engaged, and tailored the tour of the Uffizi Gallery based on what we individually wanted to see, but also made sure to show us the highlights. We then walked to the Accademia Gallery where we viewed more art, a collection of pianos and then for the grand finale, The David! This is one tour that my husband and I can't stop talking about and referring back to. I would highly recommend this, Marco, and would likely do it again.
A very interesting tour; many art historical insights, a very competent tour guide. You can probably never avoid waiting in line in Florence. However, it was very limited. The tour guide was also very engaged in reducing the waiting times. Thank you very much!
Been before but better this time. Franchisco was an amazing guide and so knowledgeable. This is a MUST tour
Our guide did a great job of blending history and interesting facts. Great pace to seeing both of these places. Highly recommend!
The tour was perfect. We had limited time in Florence and really wanted to see the Uffizi and the Accademia. Because of Mirella’s expertise and organization, we were able to see everything and also enjoy a nice, informative walk in between the two locations. Mirella is a wealth of information and has a wonderful flow in her tour style. We had the most amazing day in Florence because of Mirella.
The Uffizi was overrun with American tourists, and others. No one was intentionally rude, but it was almost impossible to view a painting or sculpture without having to stand on your toes, angle your head or squat. It was simply "unviewable" in the normal sense of the term. Mary, our guide, was excellent, and should be commended for making the best choices so she could isolate us as much as possible with selected paintings, sculpture, etc. We made a mistake in selecting the 12 Noon tour, where school children on tours, and tourists from around the world converge. This is my second trip to the Uffizi. I fell in love with it the first time; this was a stark reminder to schedule my next tour early in the morning or late in the day.
Need to walk about 10-15mins between the two attractions. Started as a small group of 7pax at Uffizi but increased to 16pax at the Accademia. Only small drink bottles are allowed into both places
