History portion was a bit dry and long. I wanted to learn more about the blending process and not just the history of tea. The whole thought could’ve been better organized. A fun touch would’ve been if they gave you a couple teabags from different blends for the price you pay.

Pei was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She created a warm and educational atmosphere. My husband and I both walked away saying how much we enjoyed the class.

The lady who guided us through the history of tea and tea tasting was fantastic. She was friendly and took care of us very well. Most fun part was tasting. We tried 5 different types of tea. White tea and yellow tea were my first time to try and both amazing discovery. We enjoyed sharing our own idea about the flavor, the aroma, and the memories coming from the tea. Throughout the experience, our guide made comfortable atmosphere and made our experience special. Highly recommend

Very informative. Small group (up to 5 persons). It is quite an experience to learn the history of the tea and Twining followed by tea tasting. Very recommended, if you love tea and history.

Loved my Twinings visit! I enjoy tea, but am no tea expert and still found this experience really enjoyable. The first half was the history of Twinings and tea generally and the second half was tastings. I learned a lot! (And that it had AC during the heat wave didn't hurt)

It was such a great experience! I loved how many informations we got about the tea history in general, the story of Twinings and about tea itself. It was a lively presentation with a lot of fun facts and in the end we had a great chat with the other participants where we just shared our different perspectives and knowledge. I would’ve only added two small things: The room was pretty cool, which is a nice refreshment in this hot weather, but after some time passes it can get uncomfortably cold. Nevertheless, the expert told us that we could say if it gets too cold/warm. Another small detail to make the start easier would’ve been to ask for the names of the participants. It’s a small circle so it makes it more inviting and personal :). But still, we had a nice exchange at the end. Thank you for this amazing insight and opportunity!

Very knowledgeable and entertaining! If you enjoy tea, this is for you! While you don’t get to keep the twinings mug, the 15% off in the gift shop is a nice perk! Sadly, my tasting notes were left behind and every number I found online for Twinings on Strand had been disconnected, so no way to reach them directly.

The tea tasting was top tier. The server was ridiculously knowledgeable about all things tea related!!! 15/10, highly recommend!!!
