Loved the experience. Loved the family. Loved the dinner. Hundred out of 100. New learnings!! Drive to Motovun from Rovinj was beautiful. Daylight only. Ivana and her siblings were so so sweet. Very expensive and worth it.

We started this wonderful experience without any initial reservation and, honestly, I didn't think we had a chance without a reservation, but Ivana promptly responded to my email and found a solution and I thank her for that. The whole team is wonderful, friendly and professional. We learned from Armi the history of the place and the business, he provided us with a lot of information about truffles. We really enjoyed the truffle hunt, special thanks to Ben, who gave us a lot of information, he is a nice young man, professional and very attached to dogs. The truffle cooking tour was another memorable experience, I'm sorry I didn't remember the name of the young blonde woman who gave us a real cooking show, interactive and funny. If you plan to visit Croatia you should not miss this experience.

Benjamin our guide was an expert. Fun to spend time with and learn from. We loved seeing the dogs and learning about their role. The food and drink included is delicious and generous. All of the staff provided us with excellent hospitality. We would have enjoyed more time in the forest but understood that Ben was being sensitive to the groups needs. There is some walking and is a little hilly. Be advised if your group has mobility challenges. This is a truly special experience. We highly recommend it! I think our photos of the truffles alone will have some of our family members booking a trip to Croatia!

One of the coolest tours we’ve made in Croatia, maybe one of the coolest we’ve made in recent years on European trips. From explanations on the cultivation of truffles, through the hunting of truffles to the delicious gastronomic experience at the end, this tour is essential for truffle lovers

This was so fun! So well done and informative. Included a delicious meal cooked in front of you and unlimited wine and the atmosphere for the meal can’t be beat. Lasted about 2 hours total. Would 100% recommend this to others.

We had a great time here. We visited several years ago and came back to share the experience with our friends. Our guide gave us lots of interesting facts about truffles, followed by a peaceful walk through the forest with two adorable dogs. (Work boots and rain ponchos are provided if you want them.) After, we enjoyed a huge lunch featuring many different types of truffle products. Everyone was very friendly and informative. The setting is beautiful as well. Highly recommend.

Armin was very knowledgeable and happy to let us record the experience. The 3 dogs were exceptionally happy and you could tell they love to truffle hunt! It was off season so we only found 2, but it was a great time and we recommend a private tour, wear boots or borrow some from them, October is peak season

I feel so lucky to have gone on a private truffle hunt with Armin and 3 dogs! We knew going in that it was the “off season”. That didn’t stop the fun and thrill of seeing the dogs digging and sniffing during the hike. And after a complete tasting meal with local Croatian wine and olive oil. The surroundings alone made the experience worth it all!

Delicious and wonderful hospitality.

We were invited by friends who have already done this tour before and were really excited. Being able to accompany Grizza and Dalma in their work was a real experience. Also the loving handling of the dogs was nice to observe. After that we were extremely well looked after culinaryly. With wine and a magnificent view we tasted various truffle dishes and then stocked up on various products in the shop. Thank you for the lovely experience!
