Benvenuti a bordo! Stiamo per intraprendere un'avventura unica nella vita per assistere a uno degli spettacoli più affascinanti della natura: l'aurora boreale! Il nostro viaggio di oggi ci porta nel cuore della Norvegia settentrionale, dove inseguiremo l'aurora attraverso alcuni dei paesaggi più sorprendenti dell'Artico.
Mentre usciamo, sarai guidato da una guida esperta che conosce tutti i luoghi migliori per intravedere l'Aurora. Con un gruppo di massimo 50 persone, manterremo le cose divertenti e vivaci mentre viaggiamo insieme, ma c'è ancora molto spazio per rilassarsi e godersi il viaggio. Inoltre, ci assicureremo che tu stia al caldo con le tute termiche in dotazione, in modo che tu possa goderti appieno l'esperienza senza preoccuparti del freddo.

Very bad memory
They arrived 2 hours late, without warning and without apologies. We made a long trip. Unsuccessful. A second one, unsuccessful. And so on. We left from 8 PM to 2 AM for a zero result where the guide was satisfied. We, terribly disappointed to have wasted our money needlessly. She was, however, smiling, but that didn't make us smile back. To be avoided. Take your car and travel yourself.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour le retard au départ. Comme nous vous l’avons expliqué lorsque nous vous avons contactés, un problème technique avec notre système de messagerie a empêché certaines notifications d’être envoyées correctement. Nous nous sommes également excusés pour cette situation.
Concernant les aurores boréales, malheureusement, elles restent un phénomène naturel totalement dépendant de la météo et de l’activité solaire. Leur observation ne peut jamais être garantie, ni par nous ni par aucun autre opérateur.
Lors d’une soirée difficile, notre travail consiste justement à parcourir parfois de longues distances et à essayer plusieurs zones afin de trouver un ciel dégagé et de maximiser les chances d’observation. Le fait que plusieurs tentatives n’aient pas abouti ne signifie donc pas que le trajet était inutile : sans se déplacer et rechercher de meilleures conditions, les chances d’apercevoir les aurores auraient été encore plus faibles.
Nous comprenons parfaitement votre déception de ne pas avoir vu d’aurores ce soir-là. Nous aurions évidemment préféré pouvoir vous offrir le spectacle que vous espériez, mais la météo et les aurores restent malheureusement hors de notre contrôle.

Is the hiring worth it
The driver, Bela, and the guide Isaac were great and spared no effort to please the group. The guide knows a lot about the Aurora Borealis and was relentless in his hunt. Furthermore, he took many photos with the greatest willingness. Hot dog and very tasty drinks. I highly recommend

The team gave an excellent service … hot drinks and food very welcome ! It was like an adventure chasing the night sky with really good results especially so early on in the season .

Amazing
We had an absolutely wonderful experience on our Northern Lights excursion Our guide was amazing—very knowledgeable, friendly, fun, and incredibly patient she did a fantastic job explaining everything and making sure everyone had a great experience. Success!!
Driver and guide seemed very knowledgeable about parameters needed for optimal visibility. I appreciate that they took us to Finland for better weather. I was able to see Northern Lights on 1st trip to Artic Circle b/c of this tour. Thabk you!

This was an amazing...

They should be aware that...
They should be aware that they have to respect the natural surroundings and also that the northern lights are an exhilarating experience of nature's creation and has to be seen in real to admire its sheer beauty.

Incredible tour, delivery of official photos enrolled
The tour itself was great, we made 3 stops, we walked a lot and we got a place to see the dawn with a lot of quality. They take pictures and have to deliver in 2 days, but they only delivered with 3. I went to the company meeting point and they said that when it was possible they would send the password to access the photos. I think there should be a more practical way to solve this.
