Benvenuti alla nostra escursione imperdibile, Trollstigen, The Land Of The Trolls. Questo è un viaggio di 6 ore e 40 minuti con molte soste per servizi fotografici mozzafiato. Offriamo 7 fermate.

5. La nostra prima tappa è Kokarsteinen Un luogo dove i viaggiatori dovevano fermarsi per un po 'di cibo o di riposo o in cerca di riparo ai vecchi tempi. Cerca la costruzione in pietra. Servizi igienici disponibili quando aperto caffetteria, NOK 10 per ospite.
10. ViewPoint in riva al mare Sulla strada per ViewPoint in riva al mare, passiamo davanti all'antica Chiesa delle Rose a Stordal. Costruito nell'anno 1789. Un altro fantastico punto panoramico vicino a Liabygda. In basso a sinistra si vede un allevamento di salmoni, a destra si vede la cittadina di Stranda dove si trova la fabbrica di pizza Grandiosa. Dall'altra parte del fiordo, vediamo il fiordo che va a Geiranger e Hellesylt. In cima alla montagna a sinistra potete vedere la fattoria di montagna Skrednakken. Questa è la fattoria che la nostra regina norvegese Sonja ha visitato alcuni anni fa. Non dimenticare di scattare delle belle foto.
20. Gudbrandsjuvet è una gola fluviale nel fiume Valldøla. Il fiume acquoso scorre tra gole e fessure della montagna e si incontra da angoli piuttosto inaspettati, prima di scorrere sotto il ponte e precipitare più a valle. Il canalone è in parte formato da numerose grandi buche. Il gioco d'acqua è un'attrazione turistica e piattaforme e ponti sono stati costruiti in una miscela di vetro e ferro corroso dalla ruggine sia nelle pareti che nei pavimenti. Qui c'è una caffetteria e anche servizi igienici gratuiti disponibili. Devi provare la loro baguette al salmone. Così buono !
25. Il vecchio ponte di Krikebrua Madre Natura! Penso che questa sia una delle tappe più fantastiche del nostro viaggio. Ci fermiamo in un piccolo posto con un bagno gratuito e alcune panchine per riposare. Poi camminiamo insieme per circa 3 o 4 minuti dall'altro lato della strada. Lì vedremo un vecchio ponte (costruito nel 1891) e una splendida cascata e un fiume sopra. Il ponte è costruito solo con rocce nel 1891. Niente cemento o acciaio all'interno della costruzione. Si prega di utilizzare i bidoni dell'autobus per la spazzatura.
30. Trollstigen ViewPoints è la tappa principale del nostro viaggio. Ci sono 2 ViewPoint disponibili, uno è a circa 5 minuti a piedi e il migliore è a circa 10 minuti a piedi dall'autobus. Il sentiero per questi punti panoramici è in cemento e ha solide recinzioni di sicurezza attorno. A Trollstigen sono disponibili anche un negozio di souvenir e servizi igienici gratuiti. C'è anche una caffetteria che vende panini, caffè e gelato soft. Qui sono disponibili pasti caldi.
35. Da Trollstigen scendiamo verso Trollstigen Gjestegård. Ci fermiamo per le foto dopo Stigfoss. Questo stop si applica dal 15 luglio 2025.
40. Questa è la nostra ultima tappa del viaggio. Trollstigen Gjestegård offre un grande negozio di souvenir e una caffetteria. Sono disponibili anche servizi igienici.

Perfect day out - superb itinerary, well run, great commentary. Great stops. The scenery is awesome and the trollstigen stop and drive is the best
At the primary viewing stop there are quite a few steps. They are paved and there is a railing on one side. Several lower viewing platforms if you don't or can't go all the way to top. Our guide was a local Norwegian and said all their guides were local. We rode in comfortable mini-bus. Three mini-buses in our group. Made getting on and off quicker compared to large bus. Our guide gave us lots of good information. They also give you a nice pamphlet describing each stop. This tour operator is very well- organized and easy to find after our ship docked.
Gorgeous views and very organized. They have exact directions and really spotted to find our tour. They travel in sprinter vans so easily to get in and out. The guide gives clear directions and pointers.
Our program is handed out to each guest in English, but we have handouts in 20 other languages as well.
Excellent tour! Comfy modern van and friendly knowledgeable tour guide. Stayed on schedule and added lots of history and insight to tge area.

Our guide, Morten was excellent. He’s professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The van and the ride was so smooth even though it was such a difficult and narrow path. I who easily get motion sickness didn’t feel a bit as Morten is a great experienced driver. The van conditions is great and we all sat comfortably especially there was only one more lady besides the two of us. We felt like the VIP 😄 This arrangement is way better than a big bus. I went for one yesterday and I felt nauseous afterwards. The places Morten brought us to were beautiful and memorable. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Ålesund. A must do. Thanks Morten and it was so nice meeting you.

The only thing I would change is to add more brief stops. This drive included even more stunning views than we stopped for. There’s enough stops to allow for purchase of food or drink and use the restrooms. Our guide provided valuable knowledge about the area, which you can’t get if you were to drive yourself. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of renting a car, so this was perfect. When we arrived at the Trollstigen viewpoint, there was so much fog that we couldn’t see anything, but wait a few minutes and the clouds lifted to reveal the road and valley. Just stunning.
Our trip to Trollstigen has 7 stops in total. And we love them all.
Truly amazing views around this region of Norway. Great tour with very well planned out stops. We seemed to be just ahead of the larger tour groups and were given plenty of time to explore the Troll Road area. Highly Recommend!!!
We do only go with small groups in our minibuses.
The local knowledge was great - felt like we saw a side of Ålesund that we wouldn’t have if we’d gone through the cruise line.

Our guide was great. The tour was fun and informative. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t the best but that’s no fault of the tour just Mother Nature! I recommend this trip.
