Vivi l'Emerald River Tour, un'avventura alpina di un'intera giornata resa unica da un viaggio panoramico in treno attraverso le Alpi Giulie. Questo indimenticabile viaggio in treno vi porta attraverso valli, ponti e tunnel di montagna visibili solo dalla storica linea di Bohinj. Lungo la strada visitiamo splendidi laghi come Jasna e Bohinj, imponenti cascate come Kozjak e Boka e il famoso fiume Isonzo con il suo irreale colore smeraldo. Viaggia in un piccolo gruppo in minivan con una Guida, fermandoti per brevi escursioni a punti panoramici e gemme nascoste. Per un'emozione extra, aggiorna la tua giornata con rafting, ziplining o paracadutismo, mentre altri esplorano una bellissima cascata nelle vicinanze. Questo tour unisce natura, cultura e avventura in un'unica esperienza alpina senza soluzione di continuità.

Emerald River Tour inizia alle 7:15.
Poco prima del passo Vršič a Kranjska Gora si trova il lago Jasna. Ci sono sentieri attorno al lago, che ha acqua molto chiara, verde e molto fredda. Sulla riva del lago si trova una statua del leggendario Zlatorog (capra di montagna), un'opportunità fotografica perfetta per il tuo album.
Vršič è il passo di montagna più alto nelle Alpi Giulie orientali. La strada sul passo fu costruita dai prigionieri di guerra russi durante la prima guerra mondiale. Oggi c'è una cappella russa costruita in memoria di quei prigionieri di guerra e di tutte le vittime della prima guerra mondiale. La Cappella è un richiamo alle assurdità delle guerre mondiali.
La sorgente del fiume Isonzo, dopo la quale Emerald River Tour ha preso il nome, è una delle più belle fonti carsiche delle nostre montagne. Per vedere la sorgente del fiume Isonzo, faremo una passeggiata di 15 minuti dal cottage alla sorgente del fiume Isonzo. Il percorso è mantenuto e in parte protetto con chiodi e cavi d'acciaio.
La Boka è una sorgente di acqua carsica, una cascata e un torrente di montagna veloce, affluente del fiume Isonzo. La cascata Boka è alta 106 metri e larga 18 metri ed è la cascata più magnifica della Slovenia e d'Europa. Se si aggiunge la cascata alta 33 metri sotto di essa, questa è probabilmente la cascata più alta della Slovenia (139 metri).
In questo viaggio si può decidere di fare alcune attività opzionali. Scegli tra Zipline a Bovec (il più grande parco Zipline di questa parte d'Europa) o se hai il coraggio di saltare da 4000m vai a Skydiving. Puoi anche decidere di non fare nulla e trascorrere quel tempo visitando una cascata in più nelle vicinanze con la nostra Guida.
Il Ponte di Napoleone è un ponte in pietra graduato sopra lo stretto canyon del fiume Nadiža, costruito intorno al 1812 ed è una testimonianza dell'importanza di questa area di transito dall'epoca romana in poi. L'antico sentiero da Pradola e Robidišče verso Nadiža attraversa il ponte. La cascata di Kozjak è una delle più belle cascate del Parco nazionale del Triglav. La cascata ha scolpito una camera oscura ma il soffitto ha ceduto e la camera ora è una pozza d'acqua blu-verde.
Sorge alla confluenza dei fiumi Isonzo e Idrijca. Quando hanno costruito la diga sul fiume Isonzo per la centrale idroelettrica, qui si è formato un serbatoio. La splendida natura incontaminata, le acque limpide del lago e i numerosi uccelli acquatici sono un incentivo sufficiente per visitare il lago Most na Soči. Auto treno Il famoso binario ferroviario costruito nel 1906 collega Most na Soči e Bohinjska Bistrica. Con le sue caratteristiche, i viadotti e il tunnel ferroviario più lungo della Slovenia (6327 metri) incanterà tutti.
Il lago di Bohinj con i suoi 3,19 km2 è il più grande lago naturale permanente in Slovenia. Si trova nelle Alpi Giulie a 526 metri sul livello del mare tra Pršivec a nord e Vogel a sud. Questo è uno dei laghi più belli del Parco nazionale del Triglav e anche l'ultima tappa guidata dell'Emerald River Tour.

The tour far exceeded our expectations! Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable and shared his insights with us throughout the day. We really liked the variety of experiences and the small size of our group.
We had an incredible time on our tour! The alps were incredible and our guides were amazing. We saw three waterfalls, drove up to a scenic overlook, and saw multiple lakes/rivers in the national park. We also got to learn more about the history of Slovenia and do the zip line experience. The guides were very knowledgeable and helped make the trip very enjoyable! I would highly recommend this tour.

First time coming to Slovenia and I booked this day trip. The day itinerary was so packed and a many things to see. Few places you have to hike and must wear hiking shoes, some trials were moderate level. Our tour guide, Jess, was so wonderful, friendly and patient. We had a private tour as it was just us-love it. Jess showed us a secret place which we found very interesting and good find. Overall our experience of this day trip was tiring yet unforgettable and we love it so much.

Legendary and fun trip led by Jesse who is an absolute legend in every sense. The trip itself was good, you see alot of highlights you wouldn't see on your own unless you hire a car and with a cool guide who makes it interesting and fun. Jesse went above and beyond with this aspect and not only did he lead th tour and keep the fun vibe going, he chilled with us in the breaks time aswell. Great trip, great guide.
We had a fantastic and varied tour, lead by Jess, who was knowledgeable, friendly and a very skilled driver! As a small group we really bonded too and had a delicious lunch with the most spectacular view! There was some walking (up and down) but nothing too challenging, with plenty of comfort breaks - highly recommend!

I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I booked the Emerald River Tour with Mamut Slovenia, but it turned out to be unforgettable. When I walked into their office, I just told them I wanted to see as much of Triglav National Park as possible. They really delivered on that – I still can’t believe how many different places we managed to experience in just one day. The mix of landscapes was incredible: clear green rivers, waterfalls tucked away in the forest, mountain views that looked like they belonged on a postcard… every stop felt different, and yet the day never felt rushed. We always had enough time to actually look around, take photos, or just sit quietly for a moment. A big part of why it was so special were our guides, Tjaš and Maruša. They were professional, of course, but also really easy to talk to and full of little stories about Slovenia. By the end of the day, it honestly felt like I was exploring with friends rather than on a tour. Even though we were out from early morning until evening, the time just flew by. Looking back, this was definitely one of the best days of my trip – maybe even one of the best travel days I’ve ever had. If you’re on the fence about doing it: go for it. The Emerald River Tour is worth every minute.
Our trip to Triglav and Soca valley was nothing less than perfect. We were lucky to have Tomasz as our guide. He was kind, knowledgeable, patient and passionate. He gave us clear instructions, answered all our questions, and he made sure everyone felt included. It felt like going on a trip with a family member who wanted us to have the best experience and not miss anything. The itinerary was well planned and executed. All the stops were so scenic and looked something out of a postcard !
