We really enjoyed our trip up to the mountains batur! Trii was a really kind and helpful guide. She helped my mother all the way up and down and we had really nice and fun conversations. We’re really happy!

Absolutely everything was perfect!!! There were two of us and we had a guide to ourselves. Our guide ended up supporting me down the entire time as I didn’t feel stable of my feet. We also had a private driver, drive us from our hotel to the start point. The driver also took us to a hot springs and said we could stay as long as we wanted. The level of service is incredible with this company an especially for the price !!! I’m very grateful I chose this company to go with up MT.Batur.

I highly recommend a guided tour to Batur. They'll organize everything for you, and you won't have to worry about a thing. A driver will pick you up from your hotel, then you'll ascend the volcano with your guide in the morning to watch the incredible sunrise! At the top, they'll treat you to breakfast and take beautiful photos. We became friends with our guide during the climb, and we highly recommend it!

Ragia came to picked us up and dropped us off at our hostel and Kadek was such a great tour guide. He was so patient, kind, and helpful with us going up the mountain. The sunrise was beautiful! And they fed us breakfast at the top of the volcano. Amazing! I had eggs, banana and toast, fruit, and hot tea. Ragia took us to the hot springs after the hike and we loved it. There were so many pools to swim in and we ate there too. I highly recommend this tour! Everyone was so nice and friendly.

The tour guide named Mr Surata and driver Mr Prett who were accompany us to tracking Mount Batur to see the view was really professional and explain the detail to use. We were enjoyed the local food and coffee while being there. We didn't forget to visit Hot Spring. It was such an unforgorttable journey for me and my girlfriend

Outstanding experience with experienced guide, Surata. Trekking to the summit was a breeze. Witnessed mesmerizing sunset and Milky Way. Relished local dinner, hearty breakfast. Trip included hiking gear, flashlight, water, tea, coffee, sandwiches, boiled eggs. Well-spent 2-3 hours. Unforgettable.
