In questo tour verrai accompagnato dalla nostra esperta guida locale attraverso tre diversi villaggi delle minoranze etniche Hmong, Giay e Dao rosso. Il tour ti darà la possibilità di godere di fantastici paesaggi montani e di vedere il fiume e la valle più significativi di Sapa. Vedrai anche i famosi campi di riso e imparerai di più sulla cultura, i costumi e le tradizioni delle due principali minoranze etniche in Sapa. La nostra guida ti presenterà anche le tradizioni uniche di Hmong, le risaie, il lavoro e le tecniche di costruzione di case e molto altro!

Itinerario
Y Linh Ho village. Il tour inizia alle 9 del mattino. La nostra guida locale ti incontrerà nel tuo hotel a Sapa Town o di fronte alla chiesa principale. Dopo una breve introduzione, sarai portato a 2 km lungo la strada di Cat Cat, un noto villaggio della minoranza Hmong. Da lì, raggiungerai il ponte sospeso del fiume Muong Hoa e proseguirai in salita tra le montagne e attraverso una foresta di bambù. Da lì avrai la possibilità di ammirare alcune delle terrazze di riso più grandi e più belle del Vietnam e goderti la maestosa vista sulle montagne in cima al monte Hoang Lien. Ti dirigerai quindi verso il villaggio di Y Linh Ho e pranzerai in un piccolo ristorante tradizionale gestito da una famiglia Hmong locale.
Dopo la pausa, arriverai a Lao Chai, un villaggio di Black Hmong
Continua il trekking fino al villaggio di Ta Van, dove incontrerai la minoranza Giay. Imparerai tutto sulle differenze tra i gruppi di minoranze etniche, vedrai prima di raggiungere l'auto che ci riporterà a Sapa.

It was bad weather, so the visibility was not so good and the paths very slippery / muddy (put on things that may get dirty). Nevertheless, a good tour, our tour guide Dao was also nice. Delicious lunch.

Very good tour. My tour guide Ma ma tung was very nice and told me a lot about the rice planting and different culture in the villages. Would recommend!

We had the best time in the trek! Our guide, Soso, was incredible! The rice fields are beautiful, you get nice views from high up and then you go down into them and into the villages as well. We had a delicious lunch in one of the villages too! Make sure to bring good hiking shoes and sunscreen, some of the trails are pretty challenging.

We did a trekking tour in Sapa with Soso and it was truly a wonderful experience! She is very kind, welcoming, and takes the time to explain a lot about the region, the culture, and local life. You learn so much while enjoying the walk, which makes the experience even more enriching. The landscapes are absolutely stunning, with endless rice terraces and breathtaking views along the way. I highly recommend this experience, especially if you’re looking for a caring and passionate guide!

Zhu from Sapa Trekking introduced my colleague and me to the landscapes and culture of these fantastic regions during two days. Yesterday we visited the two waterfalls where she knew a lot about it. Today we led the big day hike through the rice terraces of the Muong region. Very competent. She gave us interesting explanations and knew how to report on the way of life. Lunch at noon was good from Rome. In short, the two days with Zhu were an asset. Thank you very much.

Chu was a great guide on our walking trip. We didn't want to take the car back as it was only 7km until that point so Chu guided us back to our homestay which made it an 11km round trip tour. Beautiful scenery on a sunny day. Chu shared lots of knowledge about the people living in the different villages, their culture and the nature around us. She was also great with our 3 year old son.
