This is NOT a VIP experience! We got to through the airport, then walled around out front for 30 minutes looking for someone with a sign with our name. We were just getting ready to jump in a taxi when someone unrelated to Viator pointed us in the right direction to find a person that had our name on a clipboard. You would think that for $100 American they would be waiting with a sign when you exit the airport!

When we arrived, no one was waiting for us we had to look for them in the taxi area to see if anyone knew anything and it was that we located them, back I pass us a person, did not address the word, when we arrived at the Airport got our bags down at a crosswalk left and didn't tell us it was going, even where the entrance was, we walked with our bags and literally didn't even say goodbye just shut the door and left

Amazing customer service and promptly driven from the airport to our hotel. Loaded our bags and was a comfortable ride.

My vehicle wasn’t even readily available upon landing. I still had to fill out paperwork work and wait. Even after calling a week ago to confirm and prepaying my reservation.

We had to wait 1 hour in the rain after paying $105, for a private transfer. Oh, the best part came when the guy name Judo start yelling at me because after waiting for 30 minutes with no answer and no one giving you any information, I told him this is not acceptable. Will not book again.

Need better pickup location directions, had to ask multiple times trying to find where it was. Document only states airport.

Terrible experience. No one at the airport with my name when I showed up Apparently they outsource to a 3rd party. 3rd party didn't have any of my reservation info. Spent and hour and half getting a car that was already prepaid for. Never again

Booth located quite away from exit point. Had help so we found it. But would be difficult for a persons first time.
