Amazing experience to and from my destination. I was able to relax and trust that I would make it safely. They were even willing to play music and have us as comfortable as possible. Easy to book and great communicators.

The driver Marcos and the agent Alexandra were both very nice and friendly. They offered us to stop by the river to see the crocodiles. The car was new, very clean and air conditioned. We definitely recommend using it.

We love Mario he was amazing he was so helpful. We booked a shuttle last min from th airport to jaco and I would totally book with Mario again. He waited for us and brought the car to us. He was overall a very understanding guy. The van was clean we felt safe. He waited for us at the airport while we went through a long immigration line. This was worth every penny book with Mario he was the best. We are 3 young women so saftey is of our highest concern and we felt safe 100%of the time I would book again. We visited the Rainforests & wildlife, Dorca Coffee & Paos Volcano & a tour of the capital,!San Jose. Everything was amazingly beautiful & awesome, not to mention informative. Costa Rica is a country I intend to visit again. Thank you Angélica for all your patience with us.

The was an excellent experience with amazing communication. We easy communicated through WhatsApp during the whole process, from booking to being picked up and driven to location. My driver Bryan was awesome, from offering phone charge, water, and an amazing place to stop for a photo opportunity at Crocodile Bridge. Highly recommend this company

Ride was great and affordable. The driver was friendly and great to speak with. There was an issue with my pickup spot being out if their pickup zone though I was able to select on the app. The provider was initially going to charge me but they they took care of it without charge. Great company to use if travelling between Jaco and San Jose

The ride was safe but did not have all the listed amenities such as water and air conditioing and wifi

CONS: No Wifi on board. No rest stops for toilet time. A/C needed service. It was dripping water from the van ceiling. Driver spoke very little/no English. My online ticket information noted that there would be Wifi. PROS: Transporation was on time.
Hello, we are sorry that the experience was not to your liking, however, the buses do have Wi-Fi, as in everything can sometimes have failures. Regarding the stops, they are requested directly from the driver as soon as you have a physiological need or want to buy something, the driver is willing and authorized to make the stops, but if they are not requested he continues his trip. As for the dripping of water, we have no knowledge of it, our vans are checked periodically and before leaving for a fair trip to avoid inconveniences, of which we already send to check the unit in which you traveled and it is in perfect condition. Pura vida!
We weren't happy with this service at all. There was no WIFI on the van like indicated. We weren't offered water either. The driver was texting the entire time. Then I receive an email saying that we had to pay an additional $20 because the driver told the service our hotel was much further out. The hotel was told to the service ahead of time. They were aware exactly where it was. Very disappointing. I had heard such great things but definitely didn't reflect my friends and I experience. Do not use this service. They aren't honest and our driver Marcos doesn't drive safely.

Fast efficient service. Enjoyed the stop to see crocodiles. Drivers were friendly and we felt safe during the drive.
