They used WhatsApp for communication which I didn't know and don't use. It led to some communication issues. Other than that, our driver was on time, courteous and the vehicle was clean and spacious.

You must be on time or you will missed your group. We were late by 30 minutes. ( Uber did not show up!!!) Please have your walking shoes on we did over 5K steps in the Colosseum. Everything else was paid for taxes.
Good morning Mr Robert , I think that you wrong person I imagine you booked your Colosseum tour with another company through Viator. With us, you only booked the private transfer from the airport to your hotel. I believe we provided a service that went well beyond a five-star standard. We waited for nearly two hours and even sent a second driver to ensure your transfer went smoothly, all without asking for any additional payment.
