So disappointed this was a complete scam and waste of our money!! They lied to us made us get in a nice tahoe and told us our other ride was stuck in traffic and they would take us to that car. That LUXARY car was a beat up old family van parked right outside the airport!!!!! It was lie after lie. They gave us no direction on where to go when arriving at the airport. We had to ask someone else who then called the guy who was at the bar having a drink! WASTE OF OUR MONEY! I don’t know how they are even on this Viator website! As a Mexican myself I’m so dissatisfied and disgusted with them it’s not safe they just want to scam you out of your money and it’s very scary!

My experience wasn’t the best. When I arrived no one was waiting for me. Thankfully the other transportation agents were friendly enough to help me get in touch with my driver. I waited 40 minutes and finally the guide showed up. And he wasn’t very friendly. He made it seem like it was my fault when the company had all my flight details before I arrived. Once the driver arrived, he took me to my hotel with no further incident. I won’t be using this service the next time I come to Cabo.

Awful. Paid 105 dollars for a van and ended up in a beat up car. Cracked windshield and did not feel very safe. Asked for English speaking driver. The driver did not speak English. Would never use this transport company again

YOU DID NOT GIVE AREA FOR PICK UP AND YOU CHARGED MY ACCOUNT. I tried calling . I emailed several times . I ended up paying another company for private transportation. Your communication IS HORRIBLE!!!! I will not recommend ANYONE USING YOU!!!!!!
We had a very disappointing experience with our transportation. We were travelling with two other families to a wedding and depart at the same plate at the same time, all of which were escorted immediately to their waiting transportation. We were told it be 30 minutes. How are you been up on asking again we were told it would be now be 45 minutes. Due to traffic however the traffic flow to in and out while we watch many flights come and go with visitors all hopping onto waiting transportation. I feel if it were truly traffic it would have had a ripple affect with each transportation company. After waiting an hour and 45 minutes another form of transportation became available which we took, not what we paid for. The most infuriating thing was not being told the truth from the start. We would’ve cancelled our service and taking a taxi and then at our resort in a timely manner with the rest of our guests and not nest be wedding welcome dinner. Transparency in what was truly going on in the situation would’ve been very much appreciated and that’s where it was hugely lacking. Our driver who did transport us was very efficient and lovely and obviously at no fault since he was caught in the crossfire being brought in as a secondary. I would not recommend

No air conditioning. Wrong vehicle . Horrible service. Very rude. My son did not deserve to be treated this way.

After days of researching and reading reviews, i thought I had purchased a roundtrip only to get to the airport and have them say it was one-way. Then we get a beat up suv with no a/c, a cracked windshield and a serious transmission slip. The driver was also too busy to do the quest grocery stop that had been cleared with the company before landing. What a welcome to Cabo 😕

The driver was great He was very friendly We ordered a Suburban for the ride but there was only a mini van available It was very clean

We had an old clunky suburban, seats were extremely dirty and it felt like the transmission was going out. The interior was ripped up, broken windshield. Not impressed for $105 dollars.
We are sorry for the inconvenience but I can assure you that all the cars in our fleet are in perfect physical, mechanical and aesthetic condition to provide a great service.
Trip #1 Airport to Resort: My flight was on time and I met Jesus at the appointed meeting spot in time for my 12:50pm scheduled pick up. Ended up waiting almost an hour before the car arrived. Our driver was wonderful, chatted with us almost the entire ride, and recommended a few spots. The car was comfortable and clean. Trip #2 Resort to Airport: My driver never showed up and I had to take a taxi to the airport. I was supposed to be picked up from my resort in the San Jose del Cabo area at 12:40pm. The driver attempted to call me at 12:37pm and 12:38pm and I missed the calls. At 12:43pm the main office reached me to tell me the driver was stuck in traffic in San Jose del Cabo and should arrive within 5 minutes. At 12:54pm they called back and stated the driver was not sure when he would make it due to traffic. I ended up having to taxi to make sure I was on time for my flight and paid almost twice as much. Still working on my refund.
