Good Driver - Gratuity Blackmail for Rep at Airport Leaves Bad First Impression

I was unsure where to meet the person at the airport; it wasn't until I added the person to WhatsApp and requested the info. The private SUV took 15 minutes to be brought in at the airport. I was disappointed to have mentioned to me twice by the Airport Representative about gratuity. Once, when he said he was calling in the car and then on delivery to the car, "and this is when you tip me for my part of the service." He stood there, leaving the door open, expecting it. With my family, what am I supposed to do in a foreign country, not tip him for doing his job? The driver was very nice and professional and got a $40 USD tip; blackmail at the airport was not appreciated, and the owner should have that dealt with immediately.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience but at no time were you forced to leave a tip since this is not mandatory but it is the custom of clients to leave a tip for the service given as a way to encourage all of our staff. Super smooth!

Great communication! Had flight issues and they were able to easily change my date. They also sent photos of the pickup location to make travel super simple! Provided beverages durning the ride as well.

Happy ride.

Very professional and courteous. Had a sign with my name on it at the airport. Easy to locate them. Eduardo is an excellent driver. Worth every price!

No Service Rendered

Upon arrival, we were informed by driver that the vehicle was broke down and we needed to schedule another ride with another company so we used a taxi which resulted in us paying an additional $40. We need a refund from the booking agent as well as the $40 reimbursement for our inconvenience.

Nice people but didn’t deliver the service as expected.

1) Didn’t receive vehicle promised. 2) Was not greeted by client service representative; we had to get airport employee to assist. 3) Took over 30 minutes to get vehicle.

Don't Use Viator!!!

DON'T USE THEM. IT'S A RIP-OFF. I rented a private family vehicle for 10 people. We got an SUV that could barely fit our family. We had to put luggage on our laps and between our feet. When I complained they said to get ahead get out and take taxis. What a scam!

Regrettable Experience - Proceed with Caution - Beware of this Scam!

I recently had the displeasure of engaging a transportation company to transport me from the airport to my hotel. The experience was far from satisfactory. The company representative arrived late, and then - rather unprofessionally - accused me of my flight being late, which was simply untrue. Upon contacting their base, the representative informed me that the actual transport would take an additional 40 minutes to arrive. They offered to let me cancel the service and receive a full refund, which seemed reasonable at the time. I chose to take a taxi instead of waiting another 40 minutes. However, in a surprising turn of events, they later informed me that they wouldn't be refunding my money after all. This entire situation is a disconcerting mix of incompetence and deception. Not only did they fail to deliver the promised service, but they also managed to retain my money while blaming me for their lack of professionalism. I cannot recommend this transportation company, unless you enjoy a touch of sarcasm with your disappointment. Furthermore, if you take a glance at other comments, you'll quickly realize that I'm not the only one who has had this exact experience. It appears that their modus operandi is to be consistently unreliable and unprofessional. Proceed with caution if you're considering this transportation company; you might be better off looking elsewhere for a more reliable and professional service.

Disappointing

The representative was very nice and the driver was great. We expected to have a suburban and got a van. We also waited about an hour for the van to get there.
