We received txt by phone before arrival to stay in contact with someone at the airport. Once we met Yamevi’s representative Jaro we felt secured and confident on the ground providing us all the information required until the shared transfer picked us up.

This company instructed me to meet at the welcome bar, but no one was there to greet guests. They also demanded an additional fee before they were willing to take me to the hotel. Feel not honest. I definitely won’t recommend this company.
Our shared shuttle operates on the hour, every hour, and upon arrival all guests are directed to the welcome bar, which serves as the designated meeting point until the next scheduled departure. Since you preferred to leave immediately rather than wait for the next shuttle, our team offered an optional upgrade to a private transfer. This was the additional fee mentioned, and it is never mandatory—only an alternative for guests who wish to depart sooner. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated at the moment. Transparency and honesty are extremely important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. Thank you again for your comments, and we hope to serve you better in the future.
This was a great service , the agent had great communication via text, and easy directions to his location.
It was great my plane was late but they made sure they came back to pick me up they kept in contact with me from 1 hour before expected arrival until I got picked up
Did not show up for pick up. I had to get a taxi. Arrived at 3:45 pm for a 4:00 pm pick up. I waited 45 mins.
Great experience with Tureando it was quick, efficient and the bus transportation was very clean and the driver friendly.
