The driver never showed so we’re out of $50 and had to get a taxi and paying an additional $35. we also use the messaging option and never got a response.
The experience was fast and they were at airport earlier than me and found me instead of me finding them
Prompt, friendly driver. Also used to pick up my young adult daughter to bring her as she travelled a couple of days later. Would highly recommend.

Our driver, Chai, met us right inside the airport arrivals area and had my name on an iPad, which made finding him easy. He was also extremely helpful with Oaxaca recommendations as he was driving us to our hotel. Very knowledgeable. I learned a lot about Oaxaca before we were dropped off. And I ended up trying a lot of the things he recommended we do, and they were all great. The drive itself was easy as well
Excellent. Very comunicative and Professional. I highly recommend. Oscar comunicate ottenuto with us even before our trip began . He made us feel that he was on top of everything and he was. He was ready for us as soon as we stepped out of the luggage retrival area.
Man, let me tell you, I could not have asked for a better experience with Oaxaca Shuttle! My flight got delayed, and after being on the move for like 12 hours, I was completely drained. But Alex in the office was on top of it—tracking my plane and making sure they knew exactly when I'd land. My driver, Oscar, was totally awesome. Even though we had a bit of a language barrier, he just whipped out his phone and used the translator, and we were communicating perfectly. It was such a relief to see him waiting and get a safe ride straight to my hotel. They seriously saved the day. If you need a ride from the airport, do yourself a favor and book with these guys. Highly, highly recommend!
Great experience— Sebastian was waiting for us when we got out of customs, led us to an ATM with the best exchange rate, and gave us some great recommendations of things to see and try during our stay. So friendly and made the whole transport experience stress-free!
Our airport pickup was efficient and communication was clear. Marcos got us to our hotel from the airport with ease.
We arrived on time. I left time to get off plane, collect bags etc. We waited for at least 20-25 minutes for driver. Our flight details and arrival time was requested at the time of booking. The driver was still late. However once he arrived he was courteous and polite and got us to hotel promptly.
