Ricardo was great. First time traveling here, and to have someone waiting for us at airport such a relief. Ricardo was wonderful.
I deducted a point because although the driver was friendly, courteous, and professional there was a moment of confusion. The driver was waiting for us when we landed but not the car. What finally picked us up from the airport was a van, that also put picked up various other people. We then went to a car lot where the actual vehicle was that would take us to our destination. Then it was private transportation. Prior to that we waited about 20 mins for that public van. I felt mislead, not what I thought I booked. No negative about the driver. Just the procedure was a little odd. Definitely too expensive for what it was. I would just book an Uber for a quarter of the price next time.
Amazing driver! The driver was very communicative and friendly. I’d recommend this service to anyone. Easy peasy.
We booked a ride from the airport - it was 5 times the actual amount it would’ve costs us with a taxi or uber. My fault for trusting this company. Won’t happen again!

Our driver Jesus was wonderful. However the low rating for this service is the type of vehicle that was provided as transportation. The photos would lead one to believe that a newer high end luxury car would be provided. The vehicle was an older model Nissan with body damage. I would recommend the tour operator provide updated photos to reference what is real. We paid $97 USD for our ride to the JW Marriott in a less than desirable vehicle. We booked our return to the airport with the hotel for $75 and was provided a newer model Suburban SUV.

For clarity, we provide a sedan for 1 to 3 passengers, an Avanza for 4 to 5 passengers, and a van for groups of 6 or more. I understand how important clear expectations are, so I’ll update our photos and make this information more transparent. An exceptional experience from the start. The airport pickup for our group of 8 was incredibly convenient, eliminating the hassle of finding separate transportation.
