Scam do not book! Booked via Viator for transfer for my daughter. No-one showed up, contact ph doesnt work. AVOID!
Don't ever book through viator. They took my money and never set up the transportation. When I called customer support the first representative hung up on me. The second argued with me then pretty much said oops I found it, too bad you're stranded at the airport.
I recently used a transportation service from JFK Airport, and the experience was outstanding. The driver was punctual, courteous, and made the entire ride feel effortless. The luxury sedan was exceptionally comfortable, spotless, and provided a smooth, relaxing trip after a long flight. I highly recommend this service to anyone seeking reliability, comfort, and a truly premium travel experience.
The driver was late to collect us by 1 hr by the time I made contact with the company. There was no apology from the driver given we had arrived on time from our 17hr flight and was advised by the company driver would be waiting.
Driver got in contact with me when I landed, gave me clear instructions. Pick up was effort less, driver helped me with my bags, nice car, smelled great, smooth driving, and polite, yet limited conversation. Could not have been better, thank you!
they did not show up to pick us up at JFK and never phoned or texted to let us know what was going on. Tried to ring but their number didn't connect after an hour gave up and found alternate transport.

It is unfortunate we had this inconvenience, however we made many attempts to get the flight number from you, which we never got the response. We had the driver at the airport at the requested pick up time. We attempted to call and text the number provided at once our driver arrived at the airport with no response. Suggestions for future booking and accommodation, please provide all the requested details, like flight number airline and correct contact number. Also please be assured to make contact and reply to any requests the date before service. As like our self any company will attempt to make contact to obtain any missing information to assure a smooth and easy process. Once again, we are deeply disappointed that we had a miss communication and wasn’t able to make contact. If interested in the return service to the airport at a discount please do not hesitate in reach out to us direct we would be more than happy to accommodate. We are a company that provides its self on great customer service and exceptional experience. Use this service and was very pleased, traveling with elderly parents and they were very accommodating. Immaculate and clean vehicles, and the drivers were very friendly and made us feel comfortable. They were also very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.
