From the moment we arrived at Cairo International Airport, Kyrillos made the entire arrival process effortless. Cairo is an extremely busy airport, but he was waiting for us at the bottom of the escalator holding a sign with our names, so we found him immediately. He had everything prepared, including our visa assistance, guided us through the airport, helped us move quickly through the visa process and baggage claim, and escorted us directly to our private vehicle. While the regular lines were very long, we didn’t have to worry about anything because he handled every step with professionalism and efficiency. If you’re arriving in Cairo and want a smooth, stress-free airport experience, I highly recommend this service. Kyrillos was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel well taken care of from the moment we landed. It was the perfect start to our trip.
I had Krillos waiting for me at the airport and the service was excellent! very professional and friendly and communication was also great as someone who doesn’t speak Arabic he was informing me all the way, also the drive was very relaxing and he put me at ease which is not easy to do in the streets of Cairo! Arriving in the middle of the night , it was so comforting to be met in the airport by such a kind gentleman welcoming me and guiding me through customs baggage. We booked a pick up via via tour and were greeted at the Cairo airport by Kyrillos with Twitter Egypt. He was so wonderful, professional, helpful and his vehicle was very nice. Overall a 10/10 experience! Thank you Kyrillos! We will be reaching out to you next time we visit Cairo!
Really professional and friendly I would really recommend it. This is the second time I use there service and I will for sure use them again.
The guide was great and he was well prepared with visas and forms ready for us. The luggage took over an hour to come out but that’s not his fault. The real issue is the car provided is nothing like what is shown in the pictures on Viator. It was a beat up car with broken seat belts. That upset me because I purposefully booked this for the van.
My meet and greet experience was so smooth and easy thanks to Kyro! He looked after everything, on my arrival he already had sorted my visa out so no time waisted on visa filling forms on my own. He took me to the hotel after that and again, everything went just fine. Super recommend his service!
