Wonderful company! Amazing communication before during and after our transfer. They were waiting with a sign with our name on it, kind helpful driver. We were headed to the resort but were able to see and hear about the countryside. The vastness of the sugar cane fields and the cattle industry. There was a release of tension in the ride out to the resort. It set the pace for a relaxing vacation.
We used this company to go to and from the airport. They were exceptionally friendly and made the experience easy and stress free. They reached out well ahead of time to confirm both before our trip, the day before we returned and even followed up once we returned to Canada. Will definitely use again.
This company was awesome and very helpful providing a private transfer for myself and my family to different endpoint connections. While my wife and daughter were flying back to our home from Punta Cana, I was staying for another week for work in Santo Domingo. They were able to pick us up from our resort, get my wife and daughter to the airport in Punta Cana, and continue on to take me directly my hotel in Santo Domingo directly. They took a somewhat complicated transfer and made it simple for us. Great service at a great price.
