Everything worked out ok in the end BUT the tour operator's communication is not timely enough. The tour operator, at my request, sent me our driver's name and phone number the day before our trip. After landing, clearing immigration & customs and arriving at the "meet up spot" on time (a few minutes ahead of schedule), I found no driver's with my name on their placard. After waiting several minutes and circling several times to make sure I didn't miss my driver's sign, I called my driver and was told the "tour operator" cancelled my ride BUT they would contact the "tour operator" to find out why it was cancelled. I think the "tour operator" probably found a different company/driver that was less expensive, so they cancelled the original driver I was told to look for and rescheduled another driver. About the time I was able to reach Viator customer support and the "tour operator", a driver did show with my name on a sign. He was a great driver! Kind, professional. BUT he knew nothing about why or who cancelled the original driver. In short, be prepared to call Viator and/or the "tour operator" because they may SWITCH your scheduled driver without telling you.
Driver was on time, pleasant and very helpful. A pleasant ride to the airport. It took about 40 minutes.

Our driver refused to pick us up because they said they had not been paid. We ended up getting a car through Hopp. The company has said they will fully refund us.
It wass really a good experience we had great time and the city was beautiful, there taxi booking process was smooth and easy.
