The ride experience was very efficient. Our driver, Dimitris, was very helpful abd patient. He also gave us a snapshot of the city and what to checkout for our short visit.
I contacted them ahead to let them know our flight was delayed. We flew international. They know we had to go through customs. We have no control over how fast we can get through it. You would think that they would show up at least 30-45 minutes after we land not at time of landing. It took us over a hour in line for customs and that exceeded the wait time so they left us. No refund for the prepaid trip. Now we are having to pay for a taxi to get to our hotel. First time reserving this company. Won't be using in the future. Very disappointing!
