Lucas was our driver. He was on time waiting for us with my name on a sign to disembark from the cruise ship. He was pleasant and courteous. The company was in communication with me before pickup with clear instructions. I would definitely recommend this transportation service. Just be sure to give the exact time that you need to be picked up because they will only wait for you one hour past your scheduled pickup time.

Communication was great leading up to the transfer and they were understanding of the change in pickup time due to the disembarkation change. Driver was on time and waiting with my name as promised, and was safe and courteous.

Made adjustments to our pick up time as cruise ship and luggage drop off were later than expected. They were very good for that.

I've gotten very good service with Viator. However, on our pickup at cruise terminal in Buenos Aires. I was give a meet location and the driver given a different location. Hence, a longer wait time was experienced. Plus, I was told I would get a driver who spoke English. However, that wasn't the case.
