La nostra prima tappa è la famosa Micene, un importante centro della civiltà greca dal 1600 a.C. al 1100 a.C., sede della civiltà micenea e della preistoria greca, dove visitiamo i famosi circoli funerari, la Porta dei Leoni e le famose tombe a volta di Atreo e Clitennestra . Passeggia tra i resti dell'antica città di Micene e ammira la sua storia. Trasferimento a Epidauro: 60 minuti
La tappa successiva è la città di Epidauro, dichiarata Patrimonio dell'Umanità, con il famoso teatro di Epidauro che riportò "carne e ossa" nel 340 a.C. Passeggia nell'anfiteatro di Asklipeio e lasciati impressionare dalla perfetta acustica del teatro che ospita ancora ricchi spettacoli musicali, di danza e teatrali. Goditi allo stesso tempo il meraviglioso e mozzafiato scenario naturale della regione. Trasferimento a Nafplio: 30 minuti

We are here for our Greece vacation. What a way to start but a look back in time to one of the first civilizations on earth. Our guide did an incredible job of explaining how they built the sites, lived their lives in this time, and tried to defend themselves from persecution. I feel that this introduction will only fuel the rest of our adventure here.

We did two tours, a wine and olive oil tasting tour and a tour of Mycenae and Epidaurus. Both tours were incredible - very informative and very fun. Mycenae and Epidaurus were real must-see highlights of our trip - very beautiful and interesting archaeological sites, and our guide Ilias was incredible (he was very knowledgeable and really brought the history to life). Our driver George was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend both tours, we had the best time!

We spent three days in the Peloponnese, visiting Corinth, Epidaurus, Mycenae, and Olympia. We booked several guides through LandLife, as well as drivers for transportation to hotels and the sites. We were very pleased by all aspects of the trip. Our drivers were friendly and helpful, always ready with information and a cold bottle of water. Our guides were knowledgeable and pleasant. This was the most stressful dress and pleasureable way to visit these two sites in the heat of June. Pick up arrangements were seamless a d the transport very comfortable and cool. George, our driver told us so much interesting information about the surrounding area and the sites themselves. He made sure we had plenty of water and sunscreen. The whole experience was fantastic and I couldn't recommend it more.

We loved this trio of ancient civilizations and learned so much about the brilliant and talented Greek people and their history. We just wanted to stay and help excavate!

A professional guide was not available for this trip, but both archeological sights have plenty of explanatory signs. Mycenae was AMAZING and Epidaurus, while smaller, had a very interesting amphitheater and some good ruins. Our driver was very nice!!!
