Good service. I was kept informed by the driver when he reached the hotel etc. He gave me his name and registration number voluntarily. Very professional and friendly. Car is of later model and looks clean and reliable. I will be booking with this provider if ever I need transfer again.
I booked this transfer for my daughter and her husband. There was limited communication from the driver, I have to keep messaging him to get information. I requested for his name (driver) and registration number of the car but was only given the registration number not sure why driver was hesitant to give me his name. Driver do not look friendly and did not even say hello, not a smile or word from him. Not professionally dressed either. The car looked old with dents on the sides and was making odd noises when started, but glad it made it to the airport. I will try my best to avoid this provider next time.
It was an excellent ride to the airport! The driver was nice and helpful. Will use this service again and recommend to friends!
