I booked a 6:00 am airport transfer and the driver did not show up. At 6:20 am, I had to take a local Egyptian taxi to the airport. It was very disappointing as I had been in contact with the agency beforehand.
They didn’t show up in the airport leaving me stranded and didn’t refund me
The price was reasonable, the pick-up was on time, and the ride was smooth. I really appreciated the great service.
Rude operator. Messages with demands that are very unusual for a simple airport transfer. I did not feel comfortable at all with the company
Best private car and driver I’ve had in Egypt. Mohammed didn’t speak much English, but in terms of the quality of the car, it was better than I expected. Mohammed arrived early at my pickup location in a white BMW. It was older, but clean and without all the usual plastic coverings you see in most Egyptian taxis. He drove me to the Aswan airport safely and quickly. Communication after booking was prompt thru WhatsApp. They asked for a lot of information, but it seemed to help the process go smoothly. I highly recommend Nice Tours. One of the better outfits in Egypt thru Viator.
Driver was on time for a very early flight. He was very professional and friendly. I felt badly that he had to come so early as he was going on another trip that day to Abu Simbel. His car was immaculate, which is always a plus. Thank you so much!
Everything as described. Clean Car, driver was on time. But it may be only half the price of you ask a local taxi.
Car was older and no AC but it's only 30 min drive to Aswan. Driver was on time and fast driver. Price was good and was convenient from the airport.
It was the worst pick-up service. If you want to get from the airport to the hotel, you can use Uber, but I wanted to get around smoothly after the flight arrived, so I spent a little money to request a transfer service, but in fact there was no driver when I arrived at the airport. When I contacted the agent on WhatsApp, they didn't engage me because "the driver has already arrived at the arrival gate"… I sent them a picture by request "send me a picture of where I am", but the driver didn't show up… (*Aswan airport has only one arrival gate) "Just as I was about to give up the pick-up service and call Uber, a young man walked out of the parking lot and showed me the picture I had just sent him. (""Already there"" what was it?")" "And then, after getting into the car, he just kind of messaged me saying, "Wait a minute."" (Maybe I was making an excuse for being late to my agent...) The driver then complained as he was talking to the car park attendant and finally left. In the end, I paid higher than Uber, and it just stressed me out to the point of unnecessary stagnation. Incidentally, the car seemed to belong to the driver. The quality is the same around here as Uber. Naturally, WhatsApp correspondence will be in English, so if you're not used to travelling, we don't recommend it. (Speaking English doesn't solve it though...) I think it is nonsense to ask for perfect service in Egypt, but I will leave word of mouth for future reference.
Great experience! The company was very communicative and our driver was right on time! Best way to go to save some hassle and not be late to the airport.
