Excellent driver. An easy way to travel to the airport. I would highly recommend this for those traveling with a lot of luggage or looking for an easy way to the airport
Easy to book. Great service, comfortable ride, spacious cargo for our luggage’s. Driver was punctual (arrived early, but we were ready to go).
Our driver was incredibly punctual - he arrived just a few minutes before our scheduled time and was ready for us even with umbrellas and helped us load all of our bags into the car. The car itself was very nice, spacious, comfortable, and perfectly clean. The driver got us to our destination quickly and on time. Perhaps it was a cultural difference, but there was a ton of wind and rain from the approaching typhoon and our driver was definitely not keeping “3 seconds” behind the car in front of us, which was a bit stressful (but we also never spoke up and asked him to). Overall a great service and highly recommend! :)

Drivers were very polite but dod not speak much English. Pickup at HND was confusing but driver went out of his way to locate us. Departing g from Kyoto,the driver was early (good) but dropped us at the south vs north terminal. Both drivers communicated frequently thru WhatsApp. Would recommend.
