Si prega di essere consapevoli del fatto che l'autista attenderà 10-15 minuti prima di partire, a questo punto il trasferimento verrà dichiarato no show. Quando si preleva da indirizzi privati, il conducente emetterà un segnale acustico o un numero di contatto, a seconda del caso.

First, this is a sub contractor/agent operating on behalf of Viator. On our departure the provider sent a car that could not accommodate 2 large and 2 carry bags on as requested. Then, they would not provide a refund because their agent did not want to. I had to pay an additional 100BP for alternate service Horrible experience, I donot recommend as they have proven to not providing reputable service
Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We actually sent a vehicle able to accommodate 2 pieces of luggage and 2 carry ons however you don't seem to remember that you actually had extra luggage and you were traveling with 3 pieces of luggage and 2 carry ons. This incident could have been avoided if you would have communicated this when making the booking or when exchanging messages with our staff. Viator did not refunded your transfer because the picture clearly shows that you had excess luggage for the service.
The app didn't show my pickup location and time to expect my driver. I was able to call an agent and give him the information on location and time, and he sent me a confirmation email. It all worked out good in the end. Except for this small issue, I am giving a positive review
The driver was on time, very courteous, helped with our bags & ensured that everyone was comfortable and provided conversation on our way to the airport. Viator provides excellent service.
Our driver arrived early and the trip to the airport was uneventful. He made sure that we knew where we needed to be inside the airport. An excellent beginning to long day of travel.
I gave this a 4 star instead of 5 because of the issue with the pickup time - it's hard to find. The only place is when you verify the pickup, next to the date. I didn't notice this, but emailed and they never answered. I went through all my emails from Viatour and it is not on them either. So be aware. Thought a simple answer would have been nice. The driver was SUPERB. Ahmed gave us a tour as we drove to the airport pointing out landmarks and telling us info. He insisted on handling our luggage and was very helpful at airport. We were dropped right in front of the door. Thank you Ahmed, you were excellent.
Excellent service and nice roomy vehicle. The driver was friendly and put us immediately at ease. I would definitely use this service again.
Pik up was prompt, driver was pleasant and drove safely. Overall the experience was good and efficient.
Communication was poor and spotty at best. Driver was 15 minutes late claiming he couldn’t find a spot to park in front of the hotel which was wide open with spaces for vans. At 902 am we were told he was 1 minute away. We planned to give the driver until 15 minutes before we hailed a cab. When he arrived he was pleasant enough but not great for an airport transfer.
Our pickup time had been set at 8:30am: At 6:30 when no driver had shown up the hotel was able to track down the driver. He finally showed up at 9:00. We were very nervous, not wanting to miss our international flight. The driver was very apologetic bet he blamed his scheduling guy not giving him enough time. By speeding and weaving through traffic we made it on time. I had a headache! Never again!!!
The communication with the service was excellent and our driver was wonderful too. It was raining the morning we left and the driver was extra accommodating to keep us and our belongings dry.
