We had a long journey on the train from Prague with lots of luggages, so I wanted to make sure to have a private driver to help us . Our train had almost a one hour long delay at late night. The coordinator, Susanna was so kind and kept informed us regarding the meeting point, delay, platform number. We were so grateful not to worry about our arrival in a foreign city. The driver was so nice and was waiting for us next to the platform. We had a smooth ride to our hotel. Thank you for the nice service.
Though Susanne is very polite and cordial, I must say the drivers are extremely rude. I had a drop off at the rail station . The driver had come but didn’t inform me. He misbehaved with me when I came, because he said he was waiting for 5 minutes. Extremely rude people. Don’t recommend it at all

Susana texted us from before, gave us all the details. They met us on the platform for quick, easy, and hassle free pick up. Drop off was perfect and easy. We really appreciated the service, would highly recommend!
OMG. Susanna is the best! On the day of our train arrival there was construction on the tracks so we got re-routed via bus to our arrival train station. She heard about the delay and called us to see where we were, where we needed the drivers to be, and what time should they be there. The drivers were in place when we arrived at the station. The drivers were friendly and drove safely. I highly recommend this company and will use again when I return to Budapest.
Our train had delays and they still were waiting. Then because if all the delays, we booked them to take us to the next stop. So awesome!
Susanna and her driver were wonder, booking was a breeze and payment easy with the website. Susanna gave us clear communication updates and where to meet. Their city knowledge was of course excellent and with time permitting would have loved to do a personal tour with her. Coming from Australia their knowledge of our country was current and relevant.
