Pick up from airport smooth and easy and good communication with the driver for meeting. Amjad Balushi Journey was quick and relaxing would use again

Horrible the driver never picked me up. They didn't confirm my cancelation and they didn't pick me up
I have used Rimo tours previously and they do not disappoint. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, including assisting with luggage. The cars are modern, clean and comfortable and the drivers are friendly and safe. Will continue to use this company time after time as they never disappoint. Highly recommend.

DO NOT BOOK THIS- they charged double, an extra $30 once they had my baggage in the car, saying my hotel was not within their radius (no radius was listed in the Viator booking). Waited over an hour for the service for the ride at the airport, they were unresponsive and I didn't make it to my hotel until almost 1:00am. I emailed customer service 10 times afterward and they refused to make the situation right. Other comments show the same scam done to dozens of others. Horrible experience, do NOT book this.
