My husband and I wanted to take the opportunity to commend our driver, Ingunn, for going above and beyond the call of duty, to assure that we received two extremely important pieces of our carry-on luggage, left at the hotel, that contained our passports, my husband’s medical supplies, and other important documents and records. She stood by our side, contacted the hotel and the Viking representative to convey the sense of urgency and location of where the bags were left at the hotel. Ingunn, also arranged for a driver to transport the two bags which resulted in our ability to board our flight in time. We greatly appreciate her efforts, and I will also be posting a message on Trip Advisor, recommending your agency. Our best, Cassi and Dean Birnbaum
Driver was aggressive - resulting in damaged luggage. I pointed the damage out to him but he was unconcerned. I contacted the Sales and Marketing Manager at Prime. He initially responded - but then he ghosted me after I submitted the documentation he requested, I am left with a Tumi bag that cannot be repaired. I understand that things happen - but this company didn’t do the right thing to fix it. Let future customers beware
Driver was ON TIME and very courteous, was informative yet respectful of our conversation while in the van.
Door-to-door, this punctual service made what is usually a luggage-wrangling hassle into a total pleasure. The vehicle was immaculate and had plenty of room for our mountain of bags. But, the best part was our friendly driver who was professional, engaging and knowledgeable about all the areas we drove through. She even returned to the airport when we accidentally left a small package in the vehicle. Highly recommend!!
Great experience. I had to change the time three times because of travel Issues and they responded right away making adjustments. The driver was waiting with my name right at arrivals. He gave me time to grab some coffee for the road and also picked up a couple of my group from the airport hotel. Very accommodating. Thank you!!

Friendly seamless ride from the airport to the hotel. Our agent recommended a private car and we were not disappointed.
We had 9 people in our holiday party and this company was perfect for what we needed. Before we even booked, if I messaged them they replied promptly and were extremely helpful. They picked us up at the airport in a massive van with a trailer so all our luggage fit. Coming back they picked us up at 4am in the morning and the whole process of getting to the hotel and back to the airport was hassle free. Our plane came early but they were still there on time. The transfer wasn't the cheapest but it was worth it for the service and reliability. No waiting around. It was worth the extra dollars.
