Super easy to communicate, was on top of my flight schedule and appropriate pick up time to reduce any delays or waiting.

The company was late to pick me up but after I called to speak with someone, they sent a driver within 10minutes and I was on my way! Good experience after that... the driver was friendly, professional, and got me to my hotel without any issues. Definitely better to schedule & pay before you arrive. I paid $9 for the pick up when I scheduled it before I left the USA. However, when the company was late to arrive, other drivers tried to charge me $25 o-0 to drop me off to my hotel.

Our flight was a hour late but he tracked the flight and was at the airport to meet us. One slight problem was that he started taking us to the wrong hotel ...his boss has given home the wrong name. Mention exactly where you are going at the start of the journey to avoid a mistake.
