Luoghi e orari di ritiro
L'autista vi attenderà nell'area arrivi (all'uscita del terminal, dopo che avrete ritirato i bagagli). Sarà presente un cartello con il nome del viaggiatore e il logo della nostra azienda. In caso di ritardi con i bagagli o con i controlli di immigrazione, vi preghiamo di contattarci. Prelievo in hotel: l'autista vi attenderà nella hall principale (reception) del vostro hotel. L'autista porterà un cartello con il nome del passeggero e Attenderò al massimo 20 minuti dall'orario concordato. In caso di problemi, vi preghiamo di informarci immediatamente.

Ishmael was great! I originally booked only one way (from the airport to hotel) but after my first ride, immediately booked them for the way back. They were on time, friendly, good drivers, clean car, and gave my family bottled water and access to WiFi on the drive. When I had questions before or after the ride, Ishmael was immediately responsive on WhatsApp and spoke perfect English. Highly recommend!

After a day of nightmare delays and cancellations (thanks to American Air), I had flown into STI airport instead of POP. As a solo female traveler I am always a little wary of these private shuttles but I shouldn't have worried. Great communication on Whatsapp right after a I booked (same day), and driver met me as planned (and on time) at the Info station outside of arrivals. The van was clean & had AC. I was exhausted from a 15 hr day and the drive to my hotel was nearly 2 hrs along numerous speed bumps and narrow/winding mountain roads. Driver knew every speed bump and hairpin turn and I didn't feel the least bit nauseous which is a first. He cautiously stopped for dogs in the middle of the road 🤣 and safely passed much slower vehicles all in the dead of night. I would absolutely take this service again.
