Mohammed, our driver, was very comminicativw regarding where he would meet us immediately outside the luggage area. We had a nice, informative communication with him while driving to our hotel. The SUV was very clean. Great service. We'd highly recommend this.

Our flight was delayed an hour. We laddd at 12.50 and were out waiting for the car by 1.15. No sign of the driver. We finally got through after ringing for ages and he told us he would be there at 3! We got a taxi in the end so it was a total waste if money. Definitely wouldn't recommend. It states that they keep an eye on your flight so this doesn't happen. I had 3 kids and wasn't going to wait until 3 for the car.

He was waiting for us. He called and texted me until we got in the car. He handed rush hour traffic beautifully while we watched a gorgeous sunset. Smooth ride. Excellent with traffic. Friendly. Clean car. Excellent service. A mom traveling with teenage girls thanks you very much

For solo/couples travelling light take the #62 bus to Newark (not the one to Elizabeth) from bus stop #8 outside terminal B (follow ground transportation signs). They are every 30 mins, costs $1.60 & takes 20 mins to Newark Penn Station ( bus terminates here). In the station go to track 1 & buy a PATH ticket $2.75 & go through the barrier to the right side of the platform. Trains to World Trade Centre every 20 mins & takes about 10 mins. At WTC connect with NYC subway.
