Communication was great, staff was friendly our family had a great experience. We needed help with visa and it was taken care of the next day. Would recommend!

Check in at custom: with super long line. Never seen a friendly smile here-> understandable. Flight out: terminal has no working water dispensers. All water dispensers arr jnder maintenance at same time. Water bottles are sold at 10 higher than regular price you find local places. I really do not like the way they do business this way. If there is a zero star vote, I will give it to Tan San Nhat airport!

Company provided clear information and followed up with me in advance to make sure I had everything needed and address any questions. Greeter at the airport and driver were both polite and professional. Reliable service exactly as advertised. Would recommend this instead of haggling with less reliable taxi service at airport.
We were picked up on time and Luan was a delight. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Would definately book again.
This is the slowest airport and so frustrating to get through, especially in the heat & lack of English speaking & understanding

They had a name board on arrival. The driver came a few minutes after meeting person on arrival. Transfer was smooth.

A nice trip with competent staff. Nghia (jason) was a good Guide, very clear in describing the activities of the day. He also speaks excellent English. The tour was a mix of tastings and Mekong. We've been in good company.
