Booked trip through Viator on plane leaving on over night flight to London. Arrived the next morning to find that driver hand cancelled. Disappointing. Ended up in taxi for 1:45 transfer from Heathrow to London City Airport. Worked just fine.

Or you can tell us the time of your pickup and these 60 minutes of free waiting will be counted from the pickup time you indicated. • if you have a connecting flight, please let us know both flight numbers so we can track them. • In case of lost luggage, long passport control, and other various reasons that may delay you at the airport and you will not have time to leave during these 60 minutes of free waiting please contact us for extra waiting fee. • For extra waiting fee, please contact us and we will send you an online payment to your phone number and you can make a payment and be guaranteed that the driver will be waiting for you for an additional hour. • If you do not show up after 60 minutes free waiting time, and you did not notify us, we will release the chauffeur and the transfer will be a NO SHOW and fully charged. The gentleman was there waiting on us even though our flight arrived 30 minutes early. Took over my luggage and had us on our way to the hotel in no time.

The driver was very friendly but frustrated that his air con. wasn't working- didn't impact us greatly. The car was very comfortable.
