Driver was not there when we arrived and communication was poor on where we should meet. Our driver had an emergency which is fine but it was not communicated to us. The driver that did pick us up was great.

Even though our flight was more than 2 hours late, the driver was aware and I had a text message waiting for me as soon as I landed letting me know where to meet. Great communication, Very pleasant ride, friendly driver, wonderful experience. I Highly recommend!

Our flight arrived on time but the customs airport procedures delayed our meeting. Driver was not inside holding a sign with name. I had to call the dispatcher and try to contact the driver.after heading to Holiday Inn driver took us to the wrong Holiday Inn in Southampton, even though when the reservation was made I put in the correct Holiday Inn Express West in Adanac Park. Dirver left and we had to find and pay an Uber to get to the right Holiday Inn.

No memorable moments, just a driver given very little information by this company. Expected a Mercedes mini van as pictured, by got a cramped Hyundai Ionic that barely fit luggage for 2 people. Driver did not know the airport and did not get the drop off directions

Punctuality, advised us of your arrival at the pickup point; sympathy, price, car with enough space for seus and luggage.
Ordered the taxi for 2 pick ups there was 6 of us going on holiday , when I called I had one quote and that was fine give over my card details . When we got picked back up for our holiday we were greeted by a gentleman who was wearing sliders what safety was not a thing for the customer and to top it off they took more money from my account which was not what I was quoted. I have been emailing the company and yes they have got back to me but not refunded the money that was taken from my account. Do not use this company.
Great service. Clean Mercedes car. Efficient transfer. Reasonable price. Great driver who navigated the heavy traffic with expertise.
Driver was ready at airport and quick and easy transfer to hotel. Driver was really nice. Was a smaller Hyundai vehicle. I was under the impression it was an executive chauffeur that was going to be Mercedes or Tesla with wifi. Overall, good experience but pricey
