The driver did not drop us off at the Hotel Trevi. He dropped us off at the top of a hill, and we had to struggle with 50 lb suitcases down to the lobby cause the road was narrow. We are seniors: 71 and 77. One uses a cane and the other is very petite. Several young men saw us having problems maneuvering the suitcases on the cobblestone street and assisted us. I will not be using this service again.
Hello dear customer, we are sorry about what happened, however this review is not entirely true. While true that the driver did not leave you in front of Hotel Trevi, what you failed to mention was that he could not reach the hotel because the road was blocked by another car parked there, and since it was narrow it was impossible for him to enter with his van (he tried several times). He also did not leave you at the top of a hill, but less than 100 meters from the hotel. We apologize for what happened, unfortunately the fact that the road was blocked was out of our control.
Professional prompt courteous clean car, could not for anything more, put the start of the trip on track! Thank you so much !

Poor overall experience. No communication or confirmation of pickup until after we landed at the airport, and after reaching out multiple times. we were unsure if there would be any pickup and ended up booking an alternate transport and paying twice. Do not recommend this agency.

The driver did not show as promised. Waited half hour. Called and was told that they could have another in an hour. Took a taxi. Missed my tour of the Vatican. I do not need to say more.
unfortunately there was an accident on the road and the driver was stuck, we notified you immediately as you landed in Rome, unfortunately we couldn't do anything. We are very sorry for what happened
Aldo was adorable and so nice. He texted ahead of time to let us know where he was and would be waiting. We easily found each other and the drive was flawless. He was such a gentleman opening our doors and taking care of all of our luggage.

We were greeted at the airport by Alessandro and his smile! Upon landing we received a message from him advising us he was at the airport and his location. Upon reaching the area where he and the other drivers were located, he was holding a sign which was clear and visible that made him easy to find. The drive from the airport to our hotel was smooth and Alessandro even provided us with a bottle of water! Thank you for your hospitality, Alessandro!

Booked this through Viator to get from Airport to an AirBnB in Rome Since it was a long journey and so happy we did. Alessandro was prompt, kept in touch with us, and got us to our apartment with ease. And that Rome traffic is a beast I tell ya! We hired them two more times while there and requested Alessandro again! Great company to work with
