Quick and easy way to get from the airport to your downtown hotel. The driver contacted me before my arrival and informed me he would contact upon my arrival in Mexico City (which he did). We connected based on the information he provided and I had a very comfortable ride to my hotel. The car was roomy, almost new, and comfortable. I’d highly recommend this service.
Using Viator was easy and felt safe. Driver was exceptional and very attentive to driving. Provided photo of his vehicle, and communicated frequently before pick up. App was beneficial.

Great experience. The driver reached out 24 hours ahead of time to give me information about the pick up. Also the day of made sure I knew where to find him. Was helpful and very friendly.
The experience didn’t take place. We were late as we were waiting for our luggage from baggage claim when the driver threatened to leave since their wait time was only an hour. Luckily he did offer to wait around. When booking, details shared that each person could bring up to 3 pieces of luggage. When the three of us got there with our luggage, he denied the ride because his vehicle couldn’t accommodate. I even messaged the driver when he reached out days before to let him know how many of us there were and how many pieces of luggage to expect. We had to get a taxi and spend more money on transportation. I would not recommend this booking to anyone and will not be using them again.

Overall the experience was not the greatest. It was just like ordering an uber. Driver made us wait for at least 15 min and door 8 and honestly it didn’t feel as though the driver cared about helping with luggage. Nor were they interested in welcoming us. I would not use again
A little challenging to meet our driver due to works at MEX airport but easy experience even at 11pm. Gratefully received.

very poor; they sent a car that could not fit the luggage, and the driver just said he could not take us. He did not help us figure out how to solve the problem.
