I mentioned on my reservation that I was traveling with a handicap person. The can arrived on time but it did not have ramp!!! It was imposiible for her to get in. They had to figure out how to park to help her board. It was very humiliating experience for her because they forced her to try the normal way when we knew she could not get it!! I was furious!!!

We would like to clarify that, unfortunately, our transportation service does not have vehicles equipped with ramps, and at no point did we confirm that we could provide a van with a ramp for a handicap person. However, we did include this important detail in the comments of your reservation in order to assist you in the best way possible and to offer the most comfortable service available within our means. We truly regret not meeting your expectations on this occasion. Please note that it is always necessary to confirm in advance whether this type of specific equipment is available, and in this case, we were not able to fulfill that need.
