Great communication from driver. Easy directions to meet driver, who was right on time, and easy transfer to our hotel.
We booked a car for a trip from Budapest airport to the Chain Bridge ports for our River Cruise. Booking was easy. I texted a week prior to arrival and had immediate response from the company. Our driver Levente was Excellent! Great personality, excellent English, (he speaks Hungarian, French & 2 other languages) He was a story teller, funny, friendly and would make for a fantastic entertaining tour guide.
Attila was very friendly and helpful. Van was very clean. Great experience. Will use their service in the future.
Andrea contacted me before the day we travelled with full details of pick up and the picture of the car in readiness for pick up. Upon arrival due to the new regulations at the airport we were delayed for over an hour and half so I updated her throughout. To be fair to her she stayed and waited keeping in touch all of the time. Other drivers in the past have cancelled so thank you. Andrea was really professional and efficient and I would definitely recommend the service. Thanks Andi xx
The driver met us outside of baggage claim, helped with our luggage and drove us to our hotel. Pointed out sights during our drive and was very pleasant. Would definitely use again
Awesome service! Istvan was extremely nice, polite & personable. I would highly recommend him as a driver for pick up from the airport.
Driver was on time and very courteous. On the drive from the airport he pointed out landmarks and told us about Budapest.
The information we received about the pickup was clear. Meet at the exchange office, our driver would have a sign with our names. That didn’t happen. We saw many people with signs. Not our guy. It turns out we did see our driver in the terminal, no sign We called the number in the app. After about 15 minutes we were finally directed to meet our driver outside. He apologized for the confusion. He drove us to Hotel. My point is if you give me directions, then you need to follow those directions yourself. Everything turned out fine in the end, just could have been better,
