Driver was outstanding. Helped to find a very hard to find hotel. Went over and above what was needed.
The pickup from Brindisi airport was perfect and arrived in Lecce on good time. Recommend to travelers to use.
Kosta was waiting when we arrived by ferry. His car was very clean and comfortable. He was friendly and pointed our sites on our way.
The driver was there when I arrived despite many delays. I was half expecting to have to find another way to where I was going. He took me to my hotel and called the people to let me in and waited until they arrived with me. It really helped after a very long day!!
Our driver never showed up. We waited a half hour at the airport arrivals and ended up taking a taxi for $100. Viator refuses to refund us the $147 we prepaid to them.
A fantastic experience. Our flight was 3 hours late. The company called me to make sure we were alright and that we were, indeed, going to arrive into Brindisi. Finally we arrived and our driver was there waiting for us and drove us to our hotel in Lecce. Fantastic and thank you very much.
