Our driver was there waiting for us upon arrival and he was very helpful with our luggage. Our only issue was when we got to the car, to other people showed up to lift the luggage into the car and then demanded a tip. I felt the driver could have handled that situation better.
transfer is transfer and don't need so much, but the service they offer is so great water and wifi inside the car make you happy after 12 hours flight you can have sometime checking emails and news before arriving to hotel
i was looking for a company can do this transfer for me as i was arriving very late to airport after midnight and i afraid that i will get lost to book with Elite Tours it was so good as i understand form the driver that they are owning there cars and can provide so many services around Jordan the driver was waiting for me and he had a big sing with my name on it it was so pleasant that they are doing so many tours and transfers so i will book with them every time i will come to Jordan and will let them plan my tour with my family in 2025
