Trasferimento privato dall'aeroporto della Liberia all'Hotel Riu Guanacaste e al Riu Palace

I personally would never use this transportation company again I arrived in Costa Rica July 9. My flight was delayed coming from Houston, which Houston was a connecting flight for me from Chicago. I did not know my flight was delayed until I got to the gate in Houston after running through terminals through an airport, I’ve never been to just to make my connecting flight. I received a text message from a lady named Mary saying I had to pay an additional $50 on top of the $220/$230 I’ve already paid for the private transfer. And if I don’t pay this $50 then pretty much my driver will not wait for me that I did not give them a notice that my flight was delayed. Now as a transportation company isn’t it your responsibility to keep track of when flights are coming in and when flights are delayed? And the funny thing is when my flight landed we were the only flight that had landed at that airport. There was no other incoming flights. I have traveled to many countries across the world and have use many private companies and have never been given an ultimatum of “our driver can wait for you”…. BUT You have to pay an additional $50. Definitely feel scammed and swindled out of additional money. The only positive thing I will give of the review is that both of my drivers were very nice. However, the company in general needs better practice and need to STATE in their information when booking on Tripadvisor that if your flight is going to be delayed, you need to inform us since they seem like they can’t do their job on their end to keep track of when they’re clients are coming in. Or otherwise, they’re going to charge you more money, which is completely diabolical. And don’t bother going through Tripadvisor to request a refund, which I tried to do because you will get denied. NEVER AGAIN!

Our driver was waiting for us upon arrival. Very comfortable ride to our hotel. Would definitely book with them again.
