Tour operator didn’t show up and didn’t answer the phone ! Then had to chat with viator who told me to watch for emails while standing outside. Airport with 3 other senior women in 95 degree heat! Finally found viator customer number and called they issued me a refund and we had to take a taxi to our hotel which is 1 hour from airport
Prompt pick up and drop off. Clean vehicle with wifi and cold water. Make sure you let people know that the “helpers” are not employed by the company and will expect payment.
The pick up and ride were great. Only downside was that water was not provided as stated. Very professional and helpful.
Francisco was great. He was waiting for us with a sign. He took our bags and off to the van. The best part is that he wasn’t just a driver. He is full of knowledge and eager to share the history of his native land. He even pulled over so that we could get out and see the monkeys. Great experience!

The stay itself was the best. Service was so excellent and the staff was so pleasant. The staff from transportation to the resturants and to housekeeping were very attentive to our family needs. Luis Marin, transportation driver was very kind and respectful. He made our rides very pleasant with great conversations. Gabriel from Faisanella Restaurant was also very pleasant with conversation and gave our family great service. Thank you all!

Excellent stay, peaceful, all waiters are great especially Gabriel at Faisanella, was very attentive. Food was AWESOME at every restaurant. Huge variety, wonderful selection.

Our driver was professional and he was so polite. stopped at the pharmacy so we could pick up a few things he gave us a tour on the way to the hotel hope he takes us back to the airport on our vacation is over.
