L'autista conterrà un cartello con il tuo nome completo e si vestirà con una maglietta marrone con il nome dell'azienda sul petto sinistro della maglietta “Guanacaste Viajes” e anche sul retro del t-shirt sarà l'indirizzo del sito web. La mia raccomandazione è che, CERCA questa persona con la maglietta marrone e firma con il tuo nome su di essa dopo aver passato le porte di uscita principali al livello della strada dell'aeroporto.

Our driver Herman was on time waiting for us at the airport holding a sign with my name. He was very courteous, friendly and professional! We hope to have Herman drive us to the airport on 7/17 if he is available. Yes, we would recommend Viator.

Our pick up was in a pick up not a luxury van. The driver was wonderful. Safe and courteous Drove according to the speed limits
Very smooth experience with great drivers! We did a round trip from the airport to the resort and back, and both times they were promptly on time waiting for us, and very communicative. Clean cars that were air conditioned. Highly recommend!

Luis was on time and very friendly. Unfortunately the bridge was closed and it took over two hours to get to our resort which was only 20 miles away.

We booked this transfer service so we could breeze out of the airport stress-free… instead, we found ourselves standing on the curb wondering if we’d accidentally joined a street-corner scavenger hunt. Another rep from the same company was waiting for a different traveler and kindly tried to call on our behalf (points to him). Our driver eventually appeared and led us to the parking area — we rolled our smaller bags while he handled the big ones. At first, I thought maybe that’s just how things were done, but it looked like the other rep actually went to fetch his vehicle for his guests, so maybe not. The van wasn’t spotless, but the driver was kind, polite, and his driving solid. If you've ever been white knuckled in the back of a cab in a foreign country you know that's a biggie. The return trip, however, different story. The driver arrived right on time, the van was spotless, and he offered to make any last-minute stops and even helped unload our luggage at the airport. He gave us a few tips for navigating the terminal (simple, but appreciated!). Overall, a rocky start but a solid finish. If the pickup had matched the return trip, it would’ve been five stars all the way.
