Plane delayed two hours; driver waited cheerfully…
Islam did a great and safe job locating my wife and I at the Cairo airport. He provided a safe drive to our hotel. Thank you very much
Flight was delayed by an hour and driver had gone and I had no way of contacting him without access to local phone. I would not recommend any service that leaves passengers stranded in airports. When I got access to wifi the driver was apparently somewhere outside, but pick up was so unclear, especially in an airport like Cairo where everyone asks if you want a taxi. I would not recommend.
Good communication in advance of arrival and appreciated that a picture of the driver was sent to make it easy for us to connect.
The driver was quick and efficient and even stopped at an ATM in order for us to withdraw money. We had hoped to book a tour with the driver and guide later that day in Cairo but were unable to due to timing.
Everything was extremely smooth - on-time and drivers were extremely pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend.
Transportation from Cairo airport to hotel in Giza. These guys were fairly priced at 35 US dollars and worth it. If you have to drive in Cairo get a professional. It’s crazy. They made the 45 minute Drive enjoyable. They were there on time, with a sign, and were fun to talk with. I highly recommend.
Driver never showed up, paid in advance for a service I never got. Awful to get stranded so late at night in a place like Cairo's airport
Driver either didn’t show up or was hiding from me. Spent 10 minutes looking and ended up having to take a cab… at 3:30am.. in Cairo… for an obnoxious rate. Just look for an Uber and don’t book. They also won’t refund you if you didn’t “cancel” the no show 24 hours prior. Viator blows
The transfer was smooth and safe. The driver was outside the arrivals hall on time waiting for us and we got into a clean comfortable car. Mahmoud was very nice and happy to offer any tips or tours for us but we already had ours booked for our time in Cairo. We booked him again for the transfer back to the airport and that went smoothly as well. Professional driver and would recommend.
