A fantastic service for those booking online and travelling from afar. We (a family of four) recently used Rome Chauffeurs for transport from Fiumicino Airport to central Rome, and then the following day from the hotel to Rome Civitavecchia (Port for a cruise connection). Our Driver (Caesar) was already waiting for us at the arranged pick up point. He was very courteous, polite and well turned out. On our trip into Rome, he was good enough to inform us about the various landmarks, and points of interest and helped us plan our walking day around the capital. For the those booking online, I highly recommend Rome Chauffeurs. The communication was quick and effective. The driver was great and early each day, and got us to designated drop offs points early. If you are booking online, I highly recommend this car service.
Reservation was quick and easy. Communication from company was excellent. Follow-up communications continued until we landed. Pickup was as noted in prior communications. From the time we met our driver, Roberto, until we reached our destination in central Rome was less than one hour. We would highly recommend this company and will use them should we return to Rome.
