No one picked me up for my transfer. Said he was an hour away. So my prepaid transfer was a bus and now I have to work with Viator for a refund

Our driver attempted to contact you, but unfortunately, there was no WhatsApp account available, and your phone was not reachable at the time, which made communication very difficult. As soon as we became aware that the service had not been provided as intended, we immediately processed a full refund. We understand how frustrating this situation was and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Managing maneuvering a new city when traveling can be stressful. Costa our driver was very nice even offered for us to stop to pick up things. Gave us water. Worth every dollar to smoothly get where you are going

Kostas was professional, friendly and helpful with our airport transfers. We had an extended wait due to the backlog of passengers caused by the EES rollout. He patiently waited things not to worry, he would be there when we finished.

I am normally generous with reviews. Our pickup was 38 minutes late :( Given that our flight was 30 minutes late, the driver still should have been there since he was supposed to be monitoring our flight arrival. We even comfirmed that we've touched down. We saw so many pickups there, so no, the traffic is not to be blamed.

Kostas was very good came on time and he picked us up from where we told him we were standing. He even asked us if we wanted to eat something.

Our group was a party of 7 and we had zero issues. The service was excellent and the driver was fantastic. At pick up from the airport, the driver was prompt, assisted with baggage, and was very communicative with us and our plans. The drive was safe and efficient. Overall, we were were very impressed and would book again for any and all travel needs in Athens.
