Trasferimento privato dall'aeroporto: Aeroporto di Taipei (TPE) → Taipei Hotel

It was perfect. We requested an English speaking driver because we don’t know any Mandarin and were worried about being asked questions we couldn’t answer. It was mostly unnecessary. For booking, they contacted us to let us know there was an additional fee to make sure an English speaking driver is available. They contacted us through the app, and also through WhatsApp. They were very prompt. They confirmed all of our details for us. Our flight ended up being delayed by 6 hours so we didn’t arrive until 2 in the morning! I let them know through WhatsApp and they worked to accommodate us. Since we were being picked up in the wee morning hours, there was an additional charge. We understood, because it was very last minute and we were supposed to originally arrive the previous day when it was still light. They sent us our driver’s information, so when we landed I sent our driver, Zheng, a message to let them know that we have arrived. Their customer service also reached out when we landed to make sure we found our driver okay. When we stepped into the airport lobby, the there was a sign with my name on it. We walked to that sign and a gentleman confirmed our reservation and then walked us outside to a pick-up area. The gentleman called our driver (presumably to let him know he could pull up to get us). The driver pulled up a moment later, greeted us, and loaded our bags in the car. The drive was very smooth. The driver confirmed our location before pulling off. There was a slight bit of confusion to find the proper entrance to the hotel because it was so dark outside, but the driver called the hotel to ask for instructions, and then took us to the correct door. He was quiet and relaxed. If we asked a question, he provided answers. I was very grateful to him for picking us up so early. I was worried that he might feel a bit tired or annoyed because of how late it was, but he provides great service. I’m glad I requested an English speaker because when there was a bit of confusion about the entrance to the hotel, he could explain what was happening and what he needed from us to help troubleshoot (the hotel phone number). I have travelled a lot, and the last time I travelled to a country where I didn’t know any of the language, they also had trouble finding the entrance, and neither of us could understand each other to troubleshoot, even with Google Translate. So I am very thankful that they could accommodate this request. It allowed us to have a seamless experience getting to our hotel. We will definitely request them when it is time to return to the airport.

Our driver communicated by WhatsApp, and met us at the baggage claim exit. Very easy. He helped load the bags and took us to the hotel. Highly recommend.
